SVP Global Sales

To help support our rapid growth, we’re actively searching for a Senior Vice President of Sales who has a proven track record in leading a global sales team, building strategic partnerships at a global level, developing strategies for market penetration including new and existing client development and creating comprehensive go to market strategies for new and existing product lines.  

Reporting to the CEO, this position will have broad scope management oversight of the sales organization. This position will assure that the company is building and implementing global processes, building strong data driven performance metrics, revenue analytics and required marketing and other support needs to achieve high performance results. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s global sales team
  • Ensure that the global sales team is driving business growth across all customer segments and profiles
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and help resolve issues across the sales, marketing and account management functions
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
  • Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan, and develop future plans
  • Ensure that the marketing function is meeting requirements to support and improve the individual client experience and strategy
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation

Requirements:

BA/BS in Business and/or Marketing. MBA or equivalent advanced degree ideal.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of Digital Advertising and/or Marketing Technology experience, ideally with 3+ years of experience within the Influencer Marketing or Content Marketing space
  • 5+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth, managing and building sales teams, ideally on a global scale
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships in both domestic and international business opportunities.
  • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
  • Significant general management and P&L experience
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
  • History of decision-making based on business metrics
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other commercial tools
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
