Surgical Sales Representative

Job Description This is a Territory Manager position with a well-known medical device firm’s surgical division The Territory Manager will call on multiple call points and specializations (General Surgery, Colorectal, Plastics, Ortho, OR, MM) with 90% of time being spent in the OR Obtain monthly/quarterly sales objectives defined by senior management Develop expected business results (EBR) plan at beginning of each year Establish new business with accounts and customer previously not sold to Work with colleagues to support case coverage and inventory requests Identify and note areas of improvement for sales, product development, and marketing teams Act as a consultant in the OR environment supporting specific product indications Ensure close following of Sunshine Act and Advised Code of Conduct procedures and policies Compensation Comp.
