We are currently seeking a Sr.

Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) with relevant experience to join our team.

The primary objective for this position is to create Leads for our highly strategic, Amplify team.

This role is critical to Axway’s plan to expand market share in the API Management category.

You will either “cold” prospect companies or re-engage with previous inbound leads that were initially generated by Marketing with the goal to source people who will be interested in learning more about Axway products and solutions.

The right candidate will be a “Hunter” at heart, who has hands-on experience of creating Leads and appointments for a team of hungry Account Executives.

To help you achieve your goals, measured by the number of qualified appointments you will be able to generate from your outbound activities (calls, emails, Inmails, etc), you will have state-of-the-art prospection tools and you will collaborate closely with Marketing to always refine the messaging that you will use in your prospection campaigns.

Responsibilities

Manage your own sales and meetings pipelines in a specified sales territory
Discover new sales leads based on industry & account research (Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, TechTarget, internet research, etc).

Create strategic outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social selling, etc).

Responsible for making a minimum of 50-60 calls daily.

Qualify prospects/accounts through email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.

Successfully overcome prospective customer objections as well as answer initial questions.

Effectively utilize the lead qualification process and manage prospects, accounts, and opportunities in appropriately in Salesforce.

Work closely with the AE team to generate pipeline.

Assist Marketing with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality.

Achieve organizational goals, monthly meeting quotas, and team objectives.

Assist other SDR team members and operate in a player/coach capacity as needed.

Qualifications
Have 2+ years of experience as an SDR, or as a BDR operating in an outbound capacity.

Be fearless and generate energy from talking to people.

Have a unique ability to reach prospects creatively and position solution/products Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Have high energy and a positive attitude.

Have great attention to details.

A relevant university degree is required
