You would be working with: helpmates.com Supported by: mytalentlaunch.com Salary bonuses Day in the Life: Organize and execute personal sales in a given geographic territory or assigned account(s) utilizing effective sales skills, tools and programs Oversee the sales and delivery program to ensure the satisfaction of all customer requirements towards the attainment of branch financial operating budgets. Prepare and execute appropriate budgets and action plans to ensure attainment of established operating income goals Actively participate in the preparation and implementation of all strategic and tactical business plans in the assigned areas of responsibility and accountability Achieve established minimum personal sales activity, revenue, and gross profit requirements Manage a territory of 125 prospects that meet Helpmates customer criteria Prepare a strategy to close prospects meeting a goal of required new logos Plan and execute customer development and retention programs towards increasing revenue and customer satisfaction Administrative Responsibilities: Interpret and disseminate Helpmates plans, policies, and programs as required Maintain and update appropriate client and prospect account information Submit required reports on a timely basis Update financial forecasts and projections as requested Regularly update and maintain competitive intelligence and marketplace dynamics Affiliate and actively participate in appropriate business and networking groups Maximize company technology tools and protocols Establish and maintain a workplace driven by the Helpmates Values and Passions Management of all pricing, contracts, and proposals to ensure sales, gross margins, and profit goals are met Requirements Effective interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective and professional recruitment, assessment and hiring skills Ability to build effective and productive teams Proactive and professional leadership by example Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks as appropriate Professional sales, sales management and presentation skills Effective personal organizational and time management skills Education Requirements College degree and five (3) years sales management experience Specific sales and account development experience in professional staffing segments, including accounting, finance, office services and logistics distribution and manufacturing Profit center responsibility and accountability Stable employment history with no more than two jobs in the last thirty-six (36) months Organizational Relationships Regular and consistent communication and information flow should exist with the President regarding the progress of sales and customer service towards achieving the Branch and Company goals.
