Truth Enterprises is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative residing within the Downtown LA/Hollywood and surrounding territories to help expand our growing footprint into the LA market.
This position will be working remotely in the Southern California Area.
We are looking for an individual able commute to various locations throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas to meet with potential and existing clients.
This individual must reside within the territory.
This is a ground floor opportunity with a Northern California cannabis company emerging into the Southern California market.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities include determining, generating, and capturing the sales in and outside of the company.
Tasks include taking orders from existing customers and securing prospective clients.
In addition, Participates as a vital team member and contributes towards the success of the organization.
Supports company mission, values and culture.
Performs all other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Responsibilities Include:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and make critical decisions
Ability and desire to multitask and prioritize multiple duties and deadlines
Ability to follow through on assignments with minimum direction
Present clear knowledge of company products to sell to new and existing customers, and maintain passion for the industry
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Resolve customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Manage existing key accounts, ensuring their regular purchasing needs are met, orders are processed timely and accurately.
Schedule sales meetings with major manufacturers, distributors and brands for sale of bulk product, establishing a long-term client base
Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, market presence, etc.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the cannabis industry in general, noting key players, pivotal techniques, emerging trends and overall status of the industry
Supply management; communicate effectively inventory needs up supply chain
Weekly/ monthly reporting on KPIs, benchmarks, and sales pipeline
Meet and exceed company weekly and monthly sales quota
Qualifications:
Must be at lest 21 years of age
Must reside within the territory
Must have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience
Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
Must have high school diploma or GED
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and persuasive skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
Ability to effectively handle stress and pressure consistent with the job duties and industry
Must have prior cannabis sales background along with a dispensary pipeline in the Los Angeles area
Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiar with sales tracking and reporting
*** Clean DMV Record (No Accidents, DUI’s, Cell Phone tickets, reckless driving tickets etc..
in the past 3 years)
*** Clean Criminal Background (No major misdemeanors or Felonies in the past 7 years)
