As an SDR, you’re the bridge between marketing and sales.
Sitting on the marketing team, your job is focused on converting both inbound and outbound leads to sales meetings.
Your primary outbound strategy will be email marketing.You’ll use your convincing personality and passion for winning to raise the bar of success, documenting and tracking qualified leads to pass on to the Client Partners team.YOU WILL:Be an email marketing whiz, who loves AB testing and conversion optimizationSmash quotas and continually raise the barAlways push the limits, and never take no for an answerMaintain a deep understanding of the entire marketing and sales processBecome an expert in the content marketing industry and the Social Native productDocument qualified leads to pass on to the Account Executive team and create an executive dashboard for key stakeholders to understand results and impactTHE SKILL SET:1-2 years experience in an SDR or email marketing role as part of a SaaS company OR a driven, smart, and eager-to-learn new grad who thrives in fast paced environmentsExperience with mid-high volume email marketing / prospectingA fearless ability to proactively engage new prospectsThe skills to passionately and clearly articulate value/benefitExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA team-player attitude with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond just your day-to-day tasksJob Type: Full-timeEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Location:Los Angeles, CA (Required)
