Senior Sales Executive
– Power & Utilities (Electric, Water, Gas) Role Profile The Power and Utilities Innovation Group is seeking a high-performing industry domain sales expert to help lead new account acquisition and existing account expansion.

Leveraging Neudesic?s sophisticated portfolio of industry IP, solution accelerators, and services, you?ll be responsible for building substantial sales pipeline that results in profitable revenue and growth for our business.

A successful candidate will have no less than 5 years of selling cloud-based technology solutions to a wide variety of business units across the utilities supply chain (generation, transmission, distribution, plant operations, customer service, finance, etc.).

In addition, you?ll possess a clear passion for helping industry clients transform their businesses
– increasing operational efficiencies, growing customer satisfaction, and achieving overall revenue growth for the services they provide.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate their ability to establish relationships, trust, and rapport, and listen to client needs to build and grow account relationships.

Required Skills ?

5-7 years of utility industry sales experience ?

Strong power and utilities (electric, water, gas) industry knowledge and trends ?

Experience positioning solutions within NERC and FERC compliance standards ?

Experience selling to both O&M as well as capital expenditure budgets ?

Experience selling to C-level executives in Enterprise sized utilities ?

Ability to articulate industry solutions and their value to IT and business executives ?

Experience selling/orchestrating services deal sizes from $250K to multi-million ?

Professional appearance and eager approach to driving towards aggressive goals ?

Ability to quickly establish and maintain key relationships within prospect companies ?

Will work collaboratively with Neudesic management, solutions, and delivery teams ?

Must have excellent organizational, time management, writing, communication, decision
– making, and presentation skills Education / Certifications: ?

Bachelor’s degree ?

Advanced degree desirable ?

Industry certifications are a plus Additional Skills & Competencies: ?

Knowledge of standard selling disciplines, specifically Solution Selling ?

Existing knowledge of industry with developed network of relationships ?

Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud and Data services, Databricks is preferred Join our team!
