What you’ll be doing * Creating top of the funnel opportunities, and working alongside with our sales specialists to initiate engaging conversations with some the most exciting financial companies in the US.* Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets* Generate New Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).

Always pursue the generation of new SQLs through various lead generation efforts (Email, Call, Social) and increase pipeline weighted value* Pursue inbound leads with compelling messaging and content.

* Provide an updated productivity and performance overview by using FAST (CRM).* Ensure communication to key stakeholders of market needs, competitive intel and product requirements.* Apply agile methodology to continuously improve strategies.

Find new ways to source opportunities in new or existing markets and verticals.

Who you are * Minimum of 2-3 years of enterprise business development experience in a relevant SaaS industry or in the financial industry.* Recognized as a highly motivated and results-driven individual* Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to build positive and productive relationships with diverse groups of people;* Problem-solver abilities to analyze performance metrics to drive incremental improvements throughout Flinks top of funnel sales and marketing strategies.* Highly developed planning and organizing skills; can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities;* Self-starter mindset with a record of accomplishment as a successful sales professional including developing and executing profitable sales initiatives;* Demonstrated ability to be a team player and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders;* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including leadership;* Knowledge of financial services, open banking and fintech companies in Canada, US and abroad.
