The Role

Working with Global brands, you’ll be directly responsible for new business sales, selling video production services, and consulting c-level marketers on video strategy helping clients to implement a scalable approach to content creation.

We’re currently working with some of the worlds greatest international brands, and are looking for high performing individuals who can help propel us to our next phase of growth.

 

This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to join us at an incredibly exciting time for the company, with recent Series A funding and the chance to be part of a rapidly scaling sales and account growth team both in the UK and US markets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build a pipeline of video production opportunities with appropriate organisations and achieve meeting quotas in-line with KPI targets.
  • Work closely with the sales development team to identify new Enterprise clients across multiple sectors.
  • Line management of a Business Development executive to support outreach objectives and quarterly planning.
  • Present Wooshii to senior marketers and advise on video strategy across both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Overcome objections, navigate multiple senior stake-holders and progress opportunities through to close
  • Liaise with Wooshii production and key account teams to seamlessly handover new projects for delivery
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting, and maintain in house CRMs to enable management and financial analysis
  • Create and maintain up to date sales collateral
  • Maintain a good knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape

Essential Skills

  • Extensive years sales experience in a video based creative, production or marketing Services Agency
  • Experience of securing six figure deals and creating long-term strategic relationships with multi-national clients
  • Demonstrable ability of selling both consultancy services and product
  • Entrepreneurial skills with familiarity of working with small teams with big ambition
  • Strong, self-directed work ethic – highly ambitious and target driven
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence a c-level audience
