Overview

Azalea Wang is looking for an Account Executive, experienced in the women’s wholesale outerwear and footwear industries, to join our team and contribute to the development of the brand.

As an experienced sales representative, you must have an established network and book of business with buyers and retailers alike.

You are responsible for leveraging retailer relationships and wholesale expertise to drive sales.

You must have experience selling to top-tier, independent and off price retailers and department stores, with both a brick and mortar and online presence.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for account partnerships Manage and elevate current account partnerships Identify and create new partnership opportunities that align with brand expectations Strategically and creatively source new partnership opportunities through cold calling, emailing, etc.

Networks with prospective clients to have a win-win growth strategy in the branded and private label business Leverage existing relationships and contacts with buyers in the women’s fashion retailers, online retailers, and private label businesses to drive business Create specific quarterly and annual sales plans and goals Ensure sales and productivity goals are met YOY Identify revenue opportunities to maximize YOY growth in each account Monitor sales performance for each account; dollars purchased, account sell through, etc.

Devise new and innovative ways to market products and drive growth Analyze monthly selling goals and reports to understand and drive business Attend Trade Shows and Showroom appointments Extensive Travel Required | 75% Travel
 

Qualifications

 
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience Must have relevant wholesale experience Detailed knowledge of women’s fashion space Knowledge of competitive products and markets Possesses familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Works well with a team Demonstrates solid motivation and ability to think creatively Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods Demonstrates patience with reluctant or frustrated clients.

Possesses strong persuasive abilities Possesses clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional but confident and outgoing demeanor Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability Ability to multitask, and execute and accomplish goals
