Job Description
The ideal XL Sales Representative is self motivated, goal driven, disciplined, focused in their work ethic, detail oriented and strives for excellence with every task – initial focus will be Greater Los Angeles area.
The candidate must be confident as well as professional and organized, outgoing and comfortable in meeting new people and forging lasting relationships and will have to boldly cold call and sell to on- as well as off-premise accounts driving a company cargo van to directly sell to new and existing accounts. Requirements:
Sales
- Opens up new accounts to establish and maintain sales route
- Sells XL products or renders services to Customer
- Sells and builds displays to increase brand awareness
- Issues Invoices and collects cash
- Daily cash deposits
Customer Service
- Merchandises stock on shelves or racks
- Rotates product on shelves and racks
- Interacts with store management to ensure Customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- General lifting of 45lbs
- Requires bending, squatting, and/or kneeling repeatedly throughout sales day
- Previous sales experience within beverage industry a MUST – previous DSD experience a plus
- highly self-motivated and responsible
- driver’s license required and able to drive cargo van
