General Information: We are looking to fulfill a few territorial sales positions for mortgage protection/life insurance sales reps.
Our program is driven by a direct mail lead generation system utilizing our 4 mail houses throughout the country.
This allows for zero cold calling or chasing your warm market.
We are willing to consider applicants who are not currently licensed, but those applying must be willing to obtain a license (online school and background check as required by state Insurance Commissioner).
This is an uncapped commission based pay structure with growth potential for the right candidate.
There is an opportunity to build your own agency within the company and build a sizable residual income.
We are looking to fill full time and part time positions at this time.
Requirements: All applicants must have reliable transportation, an active US driver’s license, and be able to pass a federal background check.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: Customer service oriented (must be a people person) Desire to grow quickly, fast track into management Results driven with strong work ethic Self-disciplined to work independently Easily coachable with a willingness to grow and change Promotion: Every employee is given the opportunity for promotion based on production.
We provide mentorship and hands on training so agents can become profitable immediately.
The agent will be able to leverage the SFG system and resources to build their own agencies.
