J Fitness Active wear is looking for highly motivated and driven self-starter sales representative to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for J Fitness wear. The ideal candidate will have experience and background in fashion (fitness preferred), need to have established active accounts as well as outbound lead generation and cold-calling. They will not be afraid of a fast-paced & high-energy sales environment. Compensation involves a competitive hourly base, plus sales commission.. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate, qualify, prospect and keep track of accounts that could be a potential fit for the company primarily via email and cold-calling
- Identify decision makers among the targeted leads in order to start the sales process
- Execute high volume outbound email campaigns using sales & marketing techniques
- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual quotas
- Present monthly sales reports
THE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: College degree/BA or equivalent experience
- Understanding of and interest in wholesale sales
- Knowledge of the Fitness industry a plus
- 3+ Years of experience in sales with a wholesale background
- Needs to have an active relationship with already stablished accounts
- The ability to write efficient, crisp emails and a great phone manner
- Consultative and solution prospecting/selling expertise
- Marketing lead nurture and qualification experience
- History of effectively managing a large territory, high volume of leads, and building/maintaining relationships
- Capable and eager to make high volume of calls daily
- Systematic but flexible, solution oriented mindset
- Persistent and resilient, handles objections and rejection well
- Needs to have reliable transportation
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
