  • Job Responsibilities :

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Prospect new leads via cold calling and web research
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to strengthen and maintain clientele relations
· Achieve personal and team aggregate sales targets set by management every month.

  • Minimum Requirements

· English fluency is a must
· Must be at least the age of 21 or older
· Must be able to work in our headquarters office in CHATSWORTH CA
· Must have at least 2 years of sales experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.).
· Must be able to efficiently multi-task across many different computer applications simultaneously while on the phone and be conscious of time management
· Must have be proficient in basic computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word – NO-minimum preferred
· Experience with a CRM is preferred
· Coordinate sales effort with team members.
