THE POSITION: Responsibilities
• Customer lead generation
• Successfully engage and consult each customer through the sales process to close each organic lead
• Coordinate with technician for same-day installation
• Work with team members and sales managers to ensure each prospect is taken care of to the highest quality of service
• Increase sales skills and experience through attending team meetings and training led by leaders with a proven track record Qualifications
• Must be able to commute to North Raleigh, or willing to relocate
• Experience with phone sales, B2C, and a one-time close a plus
• High sense of business ethics
• Ability to clearly communicate and articulate in face-to-face customer interaction
• Resilience, able to take feedback in stride
• Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization -Strong work ethic COMPENSATION
• Uncapped commissions: average salary $4K
– $10K/month
