About this role: We’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator/Services Project Manager who will be responsible for leading Salesforce related enhancements, support and new projects including deploying and expanding functionality to SalesCloud, ServiceCloud and MarketingCloud .

The ideal candidate will have real world experience administrating a Salesforce Org with 250 users working across all 3 Clouds.

This person should have excellent communication, business, and technical skills as they will wear multiple hats and be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce.com.

Additionally, this person will be integral in leveraging their expertise to optimize the user experience and sales process, providing recommendations, and integrating new tools in the future.

Key tasks and responsibilities Provide project and technical leadership for key Salesforce implementation projects.

Deliver results working with 3rd party delivery partners, customer teams and vendors.

Supports configuring new features and system enhancements and performing user acceptance and production assurance testing for releases Ensure open and transparent communications across the organization.

Assesses functionality and impact of third party integrations and integrations with internal systems Learn on the job and explore new technologies with little supervision Function as internal consultant, collaborating with sales leadership and business partners, to oversee all aspects of multiple projects including analyzing business requirements, negotiating scope, defining functional requirements, planning timelines and managing risks Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes Configure and maintain objects, record types, page layouts, formula fields, data validation rules, triggers, custom flows, approval processes, user roles and permissions, etc.

within Sales Cloud Coordinate/lead user acceptance testing Design advanced reports and dashboards and deliver insights and recommendations from data Provide day-to-day end user support & problem resolution while escalating as needed Perform database maintenance tasks to improve Salesforce data quality; implementing rules and automation and utilizing Data Loader as needed (I.e.

duplicates, old opportunities, etc) Create standard work and training materials (I.e.

Power Point, how-to guides, in app guidance, etc) Provide continuous training for user community and onboarding support for new hires around tool Coordinate, prioritize and track project and user requests Abide by team standards, development processes & best practices Evaluate new Salesforce releases for potential updates that benefit the team as well as provide training and support to users Additional responsibilities as business requires, including but not limited to, developing reporting tools to drive sales performance, analyzing data to provide guidance to leadership and fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests Required Experience Min 3 years Real world experience with Salesforce SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, and Marketing Cloud 2 Salesforce administration experience Organization and planning skills Salesforce Lightning UI Experience Strong documentation and training skills Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP) Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of business experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work successfully with various stakeholders Proficient in Excel and Power Point Process oriented with the ability to adapt to change Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering quality solutions on time Strong team player but also able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn new skills and technology and implement them into reality Preferred Experience Salesforce Certifications (eg Beginner and Advanced Admin, etc) Experience in Power BI or equivalent to interpret data and draw insights Business experience within the lighting or electrical industry Experience installing and configuring 3rd party Salesforce applications for optimized integration We invite you to
