The candidate for this position will excel at creating new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and create new client relationships, focusing on driving retention in different platforms
  • Monitoring relevant metrics for customer goals and keeping account overviews
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with clients

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience (preferably in financial services industry
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Demonstrate a goal-focused mindset with a proven ability to exceed targets
  • Fluent Japanese
