Job Details
We are looking for an experienced OUTSIDE SALES executive who has a proven track record selling physical security products to dealers and distributors.
Based in Southern CA (Orange/LA county area).
Responsibilities:
- Develop potential new and existing dealers within the territory and have a strong focus on sales
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales cycle
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by creating strong partnership while understanding and fulfilling customer’s needs.
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence and brand recognitions
- Provide full training and field support
- Travel within the Territory, manage and visit accounts on a regular basis to provide continuous support and generate new business for the company and partners. This job requires you to be on the road.
Requirements:
- Seeking previous sales experience with security products or door/hardware/construction supply
- Highly motivated and target driven individual with proven track record in sales
- Proven ability to drive the sales process and implement to maximize sale potential
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- 5-8+ years of successful previous experience as an outside sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- A self-starter who can plan and organize own daily work schedule to maximize contact with customers
- Must be able to work independently
- Highly Results Oriented
- Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills
