The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise in the MI/DJ/Pro Audio industry to grow sales with both new and existing Mixware dealers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing dealers
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Add value by keeping dealers informed of new product launches, relevant sales and product opportunities, promotions, price changes and more
- Leverage company tools and programs to support dealers and increase sell-through
- Create and execute outgoing “call” campaigns using various vehicles (phone, video, email, messaging, etc..,)
- Use all applicable methods to “visit” with dealers whether in person as conditions allow or remotely via video meetings, phone calls, etc…
- Work with dealers to design and implement programs such as dedicated marketing campaigns, training events, etc…
- Acquire a good working knowledge of products we sell and markets we serve
- Provide market feedback to management
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management
Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience
- 2-3 years B2C experience in MI, DJ and/or Pro Audio industry
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quiet / dedicated home office when/if working remotely
- Preferred Locations: LA area, Seattle, Dallas, Houston, US West
