GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Executive

BiasSync is seeking an experienced enterprise software sales executive with experience selling to CXOs and senior-level HR and diversity executives. The ideal candidate will bring a network of senior buyer relationships and a proven track record.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You’ll use your solution sales experience and relationships to create opportunities with prospects, engage with senior-level decision-makers, and effectively demonstrate the differentiation and value proposition of the BiasSync platform. Requirements of the job include:

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Cold call, cold call, cold call. Identify new leads and opportunities through good old fashion prospecting, cold calling and cultivating leads on LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other prospecting/networking tools.
  • Actively manage your pipeline through each stage of the sales process
  • Bring insights from prospects and internal meetings to help the company scale and drive higher contract value and closure rate
  • Contribute your effective sales experience to enhance the performance of your peers and the company as a whole
  • Become a subject matter expert on BiasSyncs solution and relevant HR and industry trends

EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 3+ years of solution sales experience
  • Effectively conduct an online demo of BiasSyncs solution and communicate BiasSync’s differentiated value proposition with virtual presentations
  • Grow and maintain market share through new client acquisition
  • Create and execute sales strategies
  • Develop influential relationships and sales leads
  • Maintain an adequate number of new prospect meetings and continuously building a pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual business objectives
  • Work collaboratively in a team selling environment
  • Participate in company-organized sales and marketing events
  • Document sales status, contacts, and communications within Salesforce.com
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast
  • Limited travel may be required
