Industry leading HVAC vibration controls & monitoring systems has immediate need for Technical Sales Representative to cover CA and western regional states.
This will be remote position with home office model, can be based anywhere in CA or Western states regions.
Base salary plus commissions, full benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Actively seek out new customers by researching organizations and individuals, networking, responding to customer inquiries, provide customer with product and service information, identify and escalate priority issues and preparing quotations
- Follow up on job quotes to complete sales and manage client accounts
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, prospecting through industry publications, social media, networking group etc.
- Keep records/database of sales report, etc.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
- Achieve sales quotas
- Assists in the implementation of the company marketing plans as needed, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Executes the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes, other duties as required
Job Requirements:
Job Specifications:
- Proven ability to meet sales expectations
- MUST have experience in B2B product sales
- Previous sales experience in Vibration Control products in the HVAC industry is preferred
- Some technical knowledge of HVAC industry is an asset
- HVAC industry sales preferred
- 2-5 years sales experience in product sales preferred
- Computer skills, knowledge and experience with MS office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
- Teamwork, customer oriented and problem solving skills
