Where in the Tremorverse will I be working?

You will take on the role of Sales Engineer in our Global Partnerships team.

Currently our teams are working remotely, however once it is safe to do so this role will be based in the Los Angeles office. For some of the week.

What will I be doing?

As a leader within the Demand Side Platform team at Tremor Video, you will lead pre-sale client consulting and post-sale product implementation across the full suite of programmatic DSP offerings.

In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of the platform capabilities and be responsible for actively managing the technology stage of the sales and implementation process, working in conjunction with Tremor Sales teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate for the Tremor Video DSP.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

Actively supporting sales pitches and managing the technical integration as it relates to demand advertiser strategic needs including: APIs, DCO/DPA, data feeds, attribution, incrementally testing, etc
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and post-sales support services to a range of clients
Creating technical presentations and demonstrations on how our products can meet the client needs
Partnering closely with Product teams to understand DSP functionality, strategy roadmap, and providing client feedback for possible future enhancements
Developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Assessing competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends, and identify sales opportunities

What will I bring?

BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience working with web technologies including Ad Serving, Video Players, HTTP, HTML, HTML5, IOS, Android, Javascript, Flash, XML, etc.
A background in Client Services, Professional Services or Consulting is highly desirable with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Aptitude for, and interest in mastering new applications and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to interact with clients, engineers, business analysts
Familiarity with project management and training techniques
