Job Description

We are looking to cover 46 coveted entry-level jobs in tech sales, with an average compensation package of $79K (base and bonuses), as well as a rapid promotion path. No experience in tech or coding is required, as we will support you with 4 weeks of full-time intensive training. Applications will close on March 30th. About the Role We are looking for ambitious candidates who love to take on new challenges and connect with people. Sales Development Representative (SDR) positions are a great way to break into the tech industry, and no coding experience is required. You’ll have a fundamental role in a fast-moving, fast-growing field: * Driving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. * Identifying and generating sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling and emailing, running presentations, and face-to-face (virtual) meetings. * Developing proposals and solution consulting as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate has: * Motivation and drive to learn * Strong communication and organizational skills * Desire to solve dynamic customer problems * Ability to switch between independent work and collaborative, team-first environments * Empathy and active listening * High self-awareness and personal accountability * A “Can do” attitude About the Training SV Academy offers a straight path to a Sales Development Representative position to applicants who can commit to 4 weeks of intensive training. Upon completion, you will land a job at one of our 400 employer partners. In your first year on the job, you’ll be part of a dedicated group coaching circle to ensure you succeed and position yourself for promotion and ongoing career growth. Basic Qualifications * Live in or willing to relocate within a one hour commute of one of the following Metropolitan Areas: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; Phoenix, AZ; San Francisco Bay Area, CA; and Washington DC.
