We are the fastest growing commercial landscape company on the West Coast, and are currently seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for our growing operations.SummaryThe Sales Development Representative reports to the Marketing Director and is focused on creating a healthy lead pipeline for our Business Development Representatives. You will be contributing to our long-term business growth through collaboration with the sales and marketing team.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Sales Development Representative is responsible for calling on leads to book appointments for our Business Development Representatives. This role requires comfort with cold calling companies, and the use of Salesforce and Outlook. As a member of the marketing organization, you will operate in a team environment and work closely with all Sales & Marketing team members.Requirements Comfort with cold calling, to book appointments Comfort with high volume calling and client emails Delivering warm leads to the sales organization Working knowledge of office products Must be a self-starter and have initiative Must be comfortable prioritizing work and moving quickly through data sets Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and externally Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional environment Interest in sales and marketing Monarch Landscape Companies is an E-Verify participating employer.
