In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. You’ll learn how to identify and research productions to target, and how to develop email and phone campaigns to generate new business. This is a chance to work with some of the biggest shows in the industry, including Game of Thrones, Scandal, and Modern Family.This role will conduct high-level conversations with producers and crew members about their workflow challenges during production. A successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual, with a penchant for being methodical, tenacious and able to effectively work with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization.Responsibilities:• Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities• Orchestrate discussions with top industry professionals around their production needs• Strategize with senior management, sales and product teams• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects• Respond and qualify inbound leads• Collaborate with account executives and product teams to ensure client needs are consistently met (and exceeded!)• Gather client feedback on new software features and work with product team to identify potential improvement opportunities• Identify and execute sales & marketing initiatives including campaigns, training courses, and industry eventsRequired Skills & Characteristics:• A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales• 2+ years in SaaS sales or related business development experience• Experience working with SalesForce.com• Ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner• Dedication to exceeding quotas and thriving in a goal driven environment• Outgoing and enthusiastic, yet doesn’t come off as a pushy salesperson• A team player with a great attitudePlease attach a cover letter.
