We’re looking for someone who has a dynamic work ethic, creative mind, data-driven decision making and a passion to deliver results that drive the growth of our company.
This position will be instrumental in developing IDPR’s future sales leaders, collaborating with leadership across departments, playing a critical role in the success of the company.
We have a fast paced, progressive environment with a structured sales development process About You * 2+ years of experience in sales management or sales development management, with an evident record of over achievement on quota expectations * Prior closing-role experience in agency (preferably PR) consultative sales * Confirmed experience successfully leading people to achieve performance goals * Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment * Exceptional communication, social and time management skills * Excellent presentation and listening skills * Ability to thrive in a very dynamic environment * Ability to hire, train and motivate new sales representatives * Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle * Experience of mature modern prospecting techniques * Ability to provide situational coaching and advice and help guide leads to opportunities.
* Experience with CRM solutions: Salesforce.com preferred * Related Bachelor’s degree (required)
