Sales Data Analyst

Overview Liggett Vector Brands is the exclusive sales, marketing, and distribution agent for Liggett Group and Vector Tobacco.

With more than a century of heritage, we offer an extensive line of quality tobacco brand cigarettes made in the USA.

We are currently seeking a Sales Data Analyst for a challenging assignment in our Morrisville office.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and pricing data to support Liggett Vector Brands National Accounts team.

Responsibilities Perform advanced analytics to determine and evaluate trends related to specific brands, chains, and/or territories Evaluate and forecast financial impacts of LVB and competitive pricing programs Organize analytical results into presentable formats and/or mapping for management reports and presentations Organize, evaluate, and present key pricing data Work closely with National Account Directors/Managers to understand and visualize Key Performance Indicators Support the development of impactful PowerPoint presentations with a focus on dynamic storytelling and actionable insights Collaborate with LVB IT and Finance personnel to develop selling tools tailored to organizational levels and improvement of LVB’s reporting capabilities Assist in developing LVB’s Go-To-Market Strategy for both Retail and Chain Sales Regularly interact with Management Science Associate’s Pittsburgh headquarters Other projects as assigned Qualifications Knowledge /Ability
– Critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail and proven problem solving skills Effective communication skills Understanding of the interrelationship between Marketing, Sales and Finance functions for manufacturers and retailers Ability to evaluate and analyze data Experience with advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc).

Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI a plus An understanding of basic finance for both manufacturers and retailers Ability to understand and evaluate complex pricing programs Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment Ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels Self-motivated with ability to work independently or as team member High degree of organizational ability in a multi
– tasking environment Experience
– One to five years of experience in consumer-packaged goods.

Marketing, finance, and/or business information environment preferred Education /Certifications /Licenses
– Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance or related disciplines Additional Requirements: Ability to Travel up to 50% 06022021
