Role:
Sales Coordinator / AE Coordinator
Biologique Recherche is currently looking for a Full-Time Sales Coordinator who will assist our Regional Account Managers/Account Executives in their day to day while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Mission:
Provide general administration support to the sales organization and liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communications and interdepartmental coordination.
Oversee logistics of product return requests / resolve shipping inquiries.
Support customer service requests, manage and traffic control the general sales inquiry inbox, assist with order placement and quotes, resolve issues and returns.
Assist with invoicing and tracking protocols.
Manage and update internal databases.
Conduct research on prospective clients.
Coordinate internal meetings and agendas and support travel planning as needed, aid in presentation preps.
Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news and market expertise.
Liaise with Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams.
Additional projects ad hoc.
Profile:
Experience in the Skincare/Cosmetic industry preferred
Experience in Sales Operations/Business Development role is required
Bachelor’s in Business or related field
Quickbooks and Salesforce experience is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail oriented and able to meet strict deadlines
Must be able to multitask
