Sales Compensation Analyst

We provide purpose-built, cloud-based solutions for small and medium-sized Legal and Accounting firms to support a secure and cloud-enabled practice.Location: This role is remote and open to candidates nationwide in the United StatesRequirements You will own Sales compensation analysis and other critical Sales reportingYou will be a key owner of our Sales compensation technology needs and lead the sharing of those needs with our technology teams.

You will support the overall Revenue team’s quota and compensation process to optimize for key inputs and outputs as part of building annual plans and quarterly forecasts.

You will ensure that these plans and forecasts are systematized and consistently reportable.You will partner with key leaders across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver on the quota and compensation goals.

You will be a key part of the Sales Operations team.Build scalable processes to acquire, transform, and deliver date on the sales compensation process to ensure alignment to strategic business goals.

Create reporting infrastructure that enables teams and leaders to evaluate compensation strategies and effectiveness.Lead Sales compensation training programs to improve sales understanding and alignment around goals.

Lead comp modeling including compensation and commissions projections and accruals.As a trusted partner for the Revenue teams, you will be expected to help them to achieve and exceed delivery targets.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver optimal solutions and enhance processes in the entire Sales compensation lifecycle.You will work across teams to help them better deliver effective sales compensation results.You will work with partner teams in the recruiting process to help screen candidates.

Qualifications 4 Years Sales Compensation, Financial Analyst, Sales Analyst Building out Sales compensation plansPassion for data-driven decisions and influencing technical and non-technical audiences.

Must have a positive attitudeEffective presenter including active listening Display ability to think critically through issues to identify an appropriate solution Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with multiple levels from executive to user.

High personal ethics Previous experience with B2B Sales Operations Previous SaaS experience Knowledge in building out Sales Compensation tech stack including new workflows to improve automation and prospect / customer experience.
