Luxury wholesale jewelry brand in Downtown, Los Angeles seeking a full time sales executive.

Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and develop relationships with existing clients
- Cultivate and develop new client relationships in your assigned territories
- Maintain an awareness of customers’ demands to be able to service them properly
- Provide a consistently excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Learn and remain current on operational policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Take initiative and actively seek sales opportunities
- Attend all major trade shows and trunk shows
- Collaborate with multiple employees to fulfil jewelry orders and provide marketing materials to accounts
Required Qualifications:
- A passion for sales. Highly motivated.
- High School diploma/GED. *Undergraduate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in retail or wholesale sales. *Luxury or jewelry sales preferred
- *Existing relationships with fine jewelry stores preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills. Fluent English is a must.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office. General comfort with computers and learning new programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends during trade shows and holiday events
- Experience planning, setting up, displaying and working shows
- Provide sales feedback and requests for marketing materials and tools required to help achieve sales goals
- Partner with all departments and colleagues to ensure superior client experience and contribute to a positive environment.
- Be an outgoing, people person. Must be sociable and feel comfortable talking to strangers both on the phone and in person.
- Must act and dress professionally, presentably, and pay attention to details and aesthetics
- Have a passion for luxury goods and lifestyle
- *Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
