Our Sales Associate role assists in running all “front of house” fitness studio operations for our our Downtown LA location(s), with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations.
Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience.
Sales Associates are responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio; including membership sales/renewals, retail and concession sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
Passion for health and wellness
Willing and able to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
