What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Store and Customer Experience:
Create a seamless interaction with customers throughout the store Provide exceptional customer service by being a true ambassador and maintaining the voice of Christy Dawn Identify customer opportunities by consistently maintaining up-to-date product knowledge Ensure selling floor reflects brand and concept standards Support merchandising presentation strategy
Operations:
Consistent inventory accuracy and controls of the store Ensure facility maintenance and organization Assist management with preparing/closing the store for the day Accurately and efficiently process transaction and payments through POS system Accurately receive and process inventory
Who You Are:
Relevant retail, service or sales experience Exceptional communication skills and comfortable receiving feedback
