Major Job Responsibilities Possess strong knowledge of product, services and store layout Work with customers to best serve their needs Help create a positive, professional, clean and safe environment Assist with receiving, stocking and pricing of merchandise Help answer employee radio pages and customer calls quickly, courteously and effectively Have an awareness of store promotions and various advertisements Remain in tune with daily operational goals and plans as outlined by store management Other related duties as assigned Physical Demands Standing, walking, climbing and lifting (up to 25lbs) Minimum Requirements High school or GED equivalent A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction Ability to work in teams and communicate frequently, well Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays depending on the needs of the business Employees must be at least 16 years of age.
