They are a jack of trades as they specialize in all areas of customer experiences.
The support role is ready to go and support in which area of the business they are needed.
They contribute to the customer experience from beginning to end.
They are the tone setter for the best in class service each customer will experience in a KITH shop.
They are also operationally sound and communicate with teams throughout the KITH shop on a variety of things.
