We’re looking for an individual who is self-motivated, meets deadlines, and has exceptional attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesSupports Director of Communications, Associate Marketing Manager and Director of Business Development in long-term and day-to-day marketing and business development projectsTakes ownership of CRM system which includes data entry and cleaning, internal training and adoption, and strategic tracking and reporting of sales and marketing dataPrepares client and prospect presentation materials and helps design new sales collateralPlays a key role in the new client set-up process and management of client data in internal database and intranetAssists in the coordination and preparation of RFP responsesResearches and coordinates submissions to media companies for awards and recognitionCollaborates and provides necessary support for other administrative staff, when necessaryQualificationsSales or marketing experience with a financial/professional services firm is a plusExperience with a CRM system (Altair uses Microsoft Dynamics)Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office, with focus on demonstrated working knowledge of MS ExcelSuperb organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication skills, including but not limited to written communication, telephone calls andin personinteractionJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 per year
