Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, consulting with, and qualifying business owners and decision makers at small and medium size businesses.
The Inside Sales Rep will be qualifying and helping setup inbound enrollments to the PEX Platform.
Under the direct supervision of the SVP of Sales & Customer Success, the Inside Sales Rep will also be responsible for qualifying and generating new sales leads sourced through multiple sources, with the goal of managing a pipeline of contacts and setting new business demos.
This team member has a positive, confident, and dynamic personality, and superb written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Functions
Learns product and solutions, and how they serve our customers’ needs
– including features, benefits, and key examples of usage.
Identify clients’ needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone.
Responds to, qualify, and rate prospects via phone, live chat, or email – with the goal of setting demos, educating prospects, and securing new customers from digital marketing efforts.
Makes outbound prospecting calls to targeted leads that meet our customer profile in a polite, effective, and efficient manner, working within the guidelines provided at all times to create a great first impression to our prospects and customers.
Accurately record information and details of correspondence in Salesforce.
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in PEX product.
Achieve monthly quotas of demos set and held by prospective customers.
Work with management to improve the lead qualifying processes.
Other related sales and administrative responsibilities as needed.

builds personal networks; benchmarks state-of-the-art practices; participates in professional societies.
Required Skills & Qualification
Comfortable in making 70-80 calls daily to highly targeted prospects.
Set a minimum of 24 online demos a month.
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
Excellent client service skills.
Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Motivated to consistently exceed expectations.
Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office and Gmail, including Google Docs.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams.
High energy and positive attitude Ability to take initiative.

Preferred Skills & Qualification
1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field Experience working in B2B environment, particularly companies that provide online solutions.
