WeeCare is excited to expand our corporate benefits team and is looking for an experienced sales person who wants to make a significant impact on the childcare industry.
As a sales executive, you will work with the corporate benefits team to:Be the main point of contact between employers and our corporate benefits and WeeCare team Plan, implement, manage and oversee customers through the sales pipeline Research and identify new business prospects that meet our product offerings Ensure employers have a quality experience as they go through the sales, onboarding and account management processCreate processes to increase conversion rates and/or make processes more efficientCreate and execute strategies to move mid-funnel prospectsWork closely with marketing, product and marketplace to ensure customer needs are metMaintain relationships with current customers and build and maintain relationships with new customersStay current with new federal and state laws as it pertains to childcare benefitsStay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new productsCollect and analyze information and prepare sales reportsYou’ll excel at this role if:You have previous sales executive, SDR, account executive or account manager experience working with employers, especially HR and benefit personnel and have a demonstrated network of HR industry contacts at large organizationsYou have previous experience presenting in front of corporate VP level executives, board of directors and government entitiesYou have knowledge and experience working with HubSpot CRM and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, ConnectYou.io, etc.)You can easily adapt and grow in a competitive startup environmentYou are detail oriented and rarely have things slip through the cracksYou love setting goals and exceeding themYou work well in teams and can communicate effectivelyYou love speaking to people and are customer focusedYou are good at negotiating and understanding what customers want and needYou are good at creating and delivering presentationsYou are solution oriented and can figure out different ways to help customers with their needsYou are comfortable with the pace of working at a startup and are accustomed to changeYou’re a self starter and enjoy figuring things outPerks:Full medicalFlexible vacationHappy hoursWork from home or from our sunny Marina Del Rey officeFree snacks and drinks at workFree parking at workDog friendly officeCompensation:Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)CommissionStock optionsComprehensive benefitsFlexible Paid Time Off
