As a Sales Leader, the Regional Vice President will be managing a team of Sales Directors selling Company Billing Solutions Platform across multiple verticals.
We are looking for a proven sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales for our enterprise team.
You will formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth.
This role works in partnership with Sales Development, Solution Engineering, Partner and Alliances and Professional Services.
The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & excellent at employee development.
The Sales Leader is fully responsible for developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas.
This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer at Company.
Responsibilities
Deliver strong, predictable quarterly and annual sales execution Work with the CRO to develop and execute on the strategy for the region Drive accountability, focus and results with the regional sales team to maximize sales outcomes Identify, conceive, model and execute revenue-generating business opportunities Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins through hands on engagements Provide reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management Oversee the sales activity of the team, track of results and provide coaching and mentoring as needed to improve performance Actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities Leading initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organization
Requirements
5+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of five or more quota carrying sales people 5+ years SaaS sales experience as direct contributor Must have experience in the Quote to Cash industry (Billing, CPQ, or ERP) Experienced Partner Development with Global SI’s, Technology Platforms and Payments/ Tax providers High intellectual horsepower, high-energy, visionary executive with proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives Consistent track record of quota attainment with ability to build, develop and manage high performing teams Consistent track record of relentless operational execution Must be flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced, fluid environment Proven track record of closing strategic deals 500K and greater Extensive experience presenting to and negotiating with senior level management(internal and external) Travel up to 50% Undergraduate degree in business, finance or related required
