Rural Psychiatry Associates is currently recruiting a Revenue Management Representative to join our team in our Grand Forks Office.
The Revenue Management Representative will be responsible for:Compile necessary documentation in order to calculate and prepare patients’ bills.Facilitate timely and accurate posting of hospital and clinic charges, self-pay, collections, month-end billing, and negotiate billing rates with third party payors.Develop and maintain good working relationships with all third party payors and treatment providers.Exhibit persistence, tactfulness, and fairness in communications with third party.Continuously research and follow up on processed claims to ensure timely payment;Answer billing questions from patients and/or patients’ families;Perform related duties as assigned by direct supervisor and/or Administration.
Applicants holding a minimum of an Associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred; Minimum of three years of billing and accounts experience may be accepted in lieu of Associate’s degree; previous experience in medical billing is preferred.
