As a Sales Coordinators you will follow up with these applications, conduct a brief qualifying interview, and enroll the qualified applicants.
Your Role: As a Sales Coordinators your job function will be to contact and on-board new accounts.
You primary responsibility will be to conduct a brief qualifying phone interview and enroll new professional using a soft, scripted, one-call close method.
As a Sales Coordinators day youll have the privilege with speaking with hard working and committed professional women from all around the word.
The majority of your day will be spent on the phone speaking with prospects.
Job Functions: Following up with applicants by phone no manual calling our platform does it for you Doing a quick qualifying phone interview with each prospect to gather information and build their profile Reviewing program pricing and benefits after the interview Closing applicants on selecting and purchasing a program This role does not require any cold calling.
Each applicant you speak with has submitted a detailed online application and has expressed a high level of interest in joining our organization As with any client focused position, the KPI we use to determine success is how many new clients you enroll on a weekly basis.
What sets this role apart from similar roles is that this position does not require a hard sell and is very low pressure.

All new Sales Coordinators go through a detailed paid on boarding, training, and orientation program which lasts around 3 days.
During the training period you will be taught all the requisite skills and given all the tools needed to thrive in your new role.
We also provide ongoing mentorship and support to make sure you always have tools at your disposal to excel in your new position.
Candidate Requirements: Candidates that possess a strong work ethic A high degree of focus Who are well spoken Coachable Have the desire to succeed Must have a functioning desktop/laptop with high speed internet access (minimum 7mbs up/down.
PCs with Windows 10 and Macs running the current OS are acceptable.
Tablets/Chromebooks are not compatible Must have a wired USB Headset with over the mouth microphone to connect to computer Minimum of 3 years of professional experience Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with proven track record Strong verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone Ability to build rapport and have engaging conversations with prospective clients Must be able to read and follow a script Be kind, outgoing, personable, and positive Exhibit as superior work ethic with the desire to succeed Basic tech & computer skills
