Job Overview: As a Billing Account Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service to Identify patient’s needs to help educate them on CareCentrix role in their care.
You will determine the acceptance of patient’s financial responsibility through claim research, plans and eligibility to resolve the patient’s account.
Identify and escalate patient issues and concerns Handle around 30-40 inbound calls from patient, provider, and insurance calls on a daily basis.
Calls come in through an inbound queue and our team members assist our customers by addressing patient billing inquiries and out of pocket costs Qualifications: 1 years of Call Center experience is REQUIRED Experience within Healthcare is preferred (enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, collections, reimbursement, insurance verification, scheduling high-volume etc.) or RELATED FIELD.
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift, in a call center, stationary environment Must meet internet speed requirements (will be tested) / Confidential workspace High School Diploma or equivalent Work Environment: Call center environment / inbound call center / queue-style calls 100% Remote
