– 5:00 PM Saturday: 1 Saturday per month Description: Our sales representatives fulfill the travel and vacation dreams of our members every day, by helping them use their incredible member benefits like free hotel stays and airline tickets, and greatly discounted cruise packages.
This team will be calling 50 members/day to offer them a promotional vacation package.
Packages range in price and options but ensure members have access to more vacation options and additional services.
Some challenges they will have to overcome on the job: overcoming initial reluctant in the beginning of the call, getting told NO after pitching someone for 45min
– 1hour.
Able to understand and demonstrate consultative selling techniques Make outbound calls for the majority of your shift Personally responsible for meeting monthly individual goals, quotas and metrics Assist members with understanding program benefits and consult them on product inquiries Manage member information confidentially and accurately to ensure transactions are processed correctly Collaborate with team members to meet monthly goals Understanding of the importance customer service plays in sales Able to listen to the members travel needs and wants and customize a package that fits best Able to overcome initial reluctance and objections Additional Skills & Qualifications: Requirements: 1 years sales, customer service, retail, restaurant experience Motivated and a positive attitude Eager and willing to learn Experience working with customers is beneficial Coachable and open to feedback Strong communication skills to help explain the products and services to the members Passion to help members, co-workers and growth of the company Profile: Great communicators looking to grow Some sort of sales experience is preferred Someone who has sold vacation or travel packages in the past (not required, but could help) Interested in travel and helping customers About Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, were dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
