Day to Day:
-Tenaciously prospecting, qualifying and capturing leads as sales opportunities through prospecting via phone, Internet and social media platforms
-Develop and maintain a strong pipeline
-Creatively following up on inbound leads to further peak prospects interest
-Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
-Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
-Maintain velocity to drive activity, prospective customer engagement and most importantly, revenue goals
-Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and our team
-Track metrics and build reports to present to the CEO
-Stay up-to-date with products/services and pricing/payment plans
Minimum Requirements
Must Haves:
-Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Manager or similar role
-Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)
-Track record of achieving sales quotas
-Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment
-Experience working in CRM and Office product suites
-Understanding of sales performance metrics
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to deliver engaging presentations
-BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
-Minimum 1 – 3 of professional experience in sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling or equivalent
-The ability to work with a variety of personalities
-Ability to research, utilize and leverage social media and internet to qualify leads, drive opportunity and revenue
