Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Real Estate Agents.

Ideal candidates for this position are currently licensed or prepared to take their state exam.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, okay with hearing “no”, creative in solutions to challenges, and willing to put in skill-building time into your own career four days a week.

They must possess leadership skills, intelligence, and handle pressure well while remaining calm and patient.

If you are an experienced independent Realtor, closed over $3 million in inventory in the last 12 months, and looking to double or triple your business in the next 12 months, we are the brokerage for you.

Our systems/software have been vetted to ensure they are the best in the industry.

On average, our agents that complete 12 months with our brokerage average over $7 million in sales volume per year.

Over the past 14 years, we have refined our training programs to fit each individual, no matter where you are in your career.

Training courses, CE’s, and round table events are available to all agents Responsibilities: Nurture acquired and assigned leads to convert to clients and closings Engage in career-based professional training Represent the brand in our community Guide clients through the buying or selling process with world-class service Maintain a good relationship with strategic business partners such as lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and escrow companies Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases Self-promotion and marketing Inspect condition of premises and organize for necessary maintenance or inform property owners of maintenance needs Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Must have COMPLETED real estate course Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to learn Must be coachable Must be confident in your people skills Must be customer service focused Must be driven Must have computer skills Must have a high school diploma or equivalent About Company: We have extensive experience managing single-family and multi-unit residential buildings.
