Reporting to ticket sales leadership, the sales coordinator will be responsible for the execution and coordination of various ticket sales events, promotions, campaigns, and experiences.
The coordinator will be expected to become knowledgeable about and service the needs of the entire Rams Ticket Sales department.
Responsibilities : Collaborate and assist the sales department in best business practices to exceed customer expectations.
Day-to-day management of Stadium Seat License (SSL) agreements, payments, with the focus of creating a streamlined sales process.
Manage inbound traffic through our multiple touchpoint platforms
– email, live chat, inbound calls, etc.
Lead gameday outlines of suite rentals, sales experiences, initiatives and in game sales focuses.
Plan and execute prospecting events for the Sales Team to drive new revenue Distribute & track all gifting and buy-now incentives for Rams VIP clientele Coordinate and communicate all Sofi Stadium in-person premium sales tours Collaborate with Group Sales Manager to execute gameday experiences Updating CRM system throughout the sales process Assist with marketing lists and sales campaigns throughout the season Plan internal team outings to help build culture Assist management with other related tasks Monitor sales process through to completion Handle all aspects of contracts for SSLs, Groups & Suites Serve as our Culture Champion Assist management with other related tasks Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for thinking strategically Coachable and eager to learn every day Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others Exceptional organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills and general creativity Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and internal team Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.
