Overview:The Field Sales Representative will drive a positive relationship with distributor network at the branch level – motivating Branch, District, and Account Managers to grow and develop Polar’s position in the category.
They will work an account base determined by the area sales manager with flexibility to make changes based on feedback, ad activity, and distributor needs.
The ideal candidate has worked with local retailers, within a DSD network (beer, wine/spirits, or non-alcoholic) and knows how to communicate with different levels of stakeholders both internally and externally.Responsibilities:Split time between branches in LA & San FernandoFocuses on Mass, Grocery, Drug and Regional RetailersDevelops relationship with each branch and is comfortable motivating the account facing sales team to maintain inventory and sell incremental Polar displaysPlans weekly/daily approach to territory with consideration toward overall corporate goals, objectives, quotas and programsDrives incremental display activity by offering consistent selling and merchandising support at the store level.
