For immediate consideration of this position, please e-mail your resume and salary requirements to personnelmedpointmangement.com Summary: Under the general direction of the Provider Network Operations (PNO) External Team Supervisor, the PNO IPA Client Representative is responsible to serve as the liaison between the IPA client, IPA clients contracted vendors/health centers, and health plan(s).

The PNO IPA Client Representative will work with the various PNO teams as well as additional MedPOINT departments to facilitate the numerous processes needed for the successful operation of their assigned IPA.

These functions include but are not limited to credentialing assistance, utilization management coordination, contracting support, health plan communications, and provider communications.

Duties and Responsibilities: 1.

Maintain frequent and productive communication with vendors, providers, health centers, and health plans 2.

Process provider activations, demographic updates, and terminations for both the client database and submission of corresponding notifications to contracted health plans.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction for client as well as its contracted vendors/groups 4.

Interact with IPA client to understand their business needs and priorities 5.

Ensure both timely and effective client communication 6.

Maintain positive and long-term client relationship for business growth 7.

Provide daily support to address client requests and inquiries 8.

Maintain accuracy among assigned IPA profiles within EZ CAP database 9.

Participate in assigned IPAs standing and ad-hoc meetings as needed 10.

Maintain timely and thorough communication with PNO Rates Team and PNO Contracting Team on terminations and contract status changes for appropriate rate adjustments and recruitment, if needed 11.

Foster open lines of communication with Supervisor and Manager on any network changes 12.

Understand dual roles, PCP vs.

Specialist, on respective PNO IPA Client Rep Teams 13.
