Job Title: – Patient Services Representative
Job Location: – Los Angeles, CA, 90048
Job Duration: 3+ months (High Possibility of Extension)
Pay Range: $24.50 to $24.90/Hr. on W2
Job Description:
Must have SURGERY scheduling experience.
Assisting 4 neuromuscular physicians with clinical and administrative needs.
Scheduling and authorization for appointments, surgeries and ancillary services.
Process and track all incoming and outgoing referrals and reviewing the Referral Work Queue and screening New Patients.
Prior 2 years’ experience scheduling surgeries/operations
Experience utilizing EPIC EMR system for scheduling and patient communications.
Ability to establish and maintain a productive working relationship with faculty, staff, administration, and patients Medical Terminology
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.90 – $24.90 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
* Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
* Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
