- Insurance verification, Eligibility checks, Authorizations
- Scheduling
- Handling multi-line phone system
- Customer service
- Medical Records management
- Special Projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a high volume healthcare facility or medical office
