Our client, a prominent Los Angeles hospital system, is looking for a talented Patient Services Representatives for a contract role. This Associate level role will be fully onsite in their Los Angeles, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Demographic data entry
- Insurance verification, Eligibility checks, Authorizations
- Scheduling
- Handling multi-line phone system
- Customer service
- Medical Records management
- Special Projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working for a high volume healthcare facility or medical office.
