We are seeking Patient Service Representatives for a major hospital in the Los Angeles area. The ideal individuals should come with previous medical experience, and able to perform the following duties:
Answer telephone calls, schedule patients, authorize insurance, schedule for surgeries, and ancillary services, perform patient check out and reschedule follow-up appointments.
* Education: HS (GED) graduate required or Two (2) years of college preferred
